For our first day on Moraga’s and Anzaldúa’s anthology of writings by radical women of color, we will read:

The first three forewords (one by Moraga, one by Anzaldúa, and one by Toni Cade Bambara), found at the beginning of the book; THEN pp. 4-34 (selection of essays/works by different authors).

Discussion leaders should be sure to communicate/organize their time so that key ideas, questions, authors, and essays are not duplicated and receive equal attention.
